3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are quoted in AED and include or exclude VAT as clearly stated.
  • A deposit or full payment may be required to initiate production or delivery.
  • Final payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are stated in the quotation.
  • For deliveries outside the UAE, additional shipping fees will apply.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by shipping partners, customs, or force majeure events.

5. Warranty & Liability

  • All products come with a warranty as specified in the product documentation or quotation.
  • We are not liable for damages due to misuse, improper installation, or lack of maintenance.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Custom-made and built-to-order products are non-refundable and non-returnable.
